  The staff seems to always be quite busy but they never act grouchy or rude. They're always helpful and patient. The clothing and accessories are all quality items and if I shop at Kohl's often (which I do) the rewards and coupons are well worth it. I honestly think that some (if not all) clothing manufacturers sell better quality items to Kohl's and lower quality items to big box stores (I won't mention names). And no, I don't work for or have any investment in Kohl's of any sort. I just like to look good and, of course, so does my family and friends.
