  It has been awhile since I purchased a mattress because, until now, I have regarded the mattress business generally as somewhat shadier than the used car business. Ken at McHenry Verlo has changed that; He listened to my thoughts and then proceeded to devise and construct my ideal mattress (no upsell and no BS). Seriously, the doctors couldn't cure my insomnia but Ken did! Maybe his title should be "sleepologist" or something. Anyway, during the process, I also had the pleasure of interacting with the owner, Ray. He managed to impress me with his expertise and transparency. Throughout, the integrity and goodwill demonstrated by both of these gentlemen has been truly refreshing.
